Cask at CBC Clerkenwell - London. Pours clear yellow with a foamy, whit ehead. Some zesty citrus, bitter rind, hay, bread crust. Light bodied with fine carbonation; OK condition. Decent balance in the finish, with more rindy bitterness, lemon zest, dried pale malts. Not bad.

Cask at CBC, Clerkenwell on 18th July 2017. Slightly hazy gold with shallow off-white foam and almost no lacing. Citrus and floral hop aroma. Lemon fruitiness and floral hop in-mouth and through the finish. Smooth mouthfeel and a light body.

Second time I've had this, on this occasion bottle (bottled November 2017) direct from brewery, consumed at home Thursday 1st March 2018 during the meet up of 'The Beast from the East' and 'Storm Emma' My rating differs little from that below lot. Its fine but a tad pedestrian compared to the previous two from Torrside beers. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3 Had this last year when attending Sun))) O gig had it on. Cask handpump at Café Beermoth, Manchester, Friday 14th July 2017 Hazy gold with a white head, the nose is very subtle, just a tad cold, we’re not getting much lemon, a touch of hoppiness, the fruit is a little confectionery style, pepper is probably more noticeable. It’s a fine beer, subtlety being the key name of the game here. Enjoyed this but but not as good as the Awaiting Collection also by Torrside. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3
