Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to nonic glass.
Appearance: dark brown color with a finger and a half of eggshell white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet maple tones; sweet & toasty nuts, subtle vanilla, slight coffee notes; honey, slight chocolate and a little bit of sweet earthy tones
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a beautiful variety of different sweet aspects; finishes nutty, maple-y with a super subtle dryness
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; absolutely lovely how smooth this beer is along the tongue and possibly one of the factors of how I loved this beer so much over the years
Overall: what a lovely brown ale I love to revisit every Spring since they started brewing it and it has never changed once they started putting this in cans.

Dark brown with thin head. Aroma and flavour have a little malt sweetness. A little buttery. Not much maple.

From my dear brother: pours darkish brown with a beige head. Aroma is nutty, maple syrup, chocolate, tons of malt. Taste is lightly sweet. Toffee and nuts and stuff. Pretty nice to drink.

22 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is light roasted malt. Light fruity. Honey and chocolate. Sweet, caramelish. Mild chocolate note. Lasting sweet into the far finish.
