Pint on tap at The Crown & Anchor, Barnsley. Slightly cloudy golden amber beer with thin creamy white head. Zero carbonation. Sweet toffee malt nose. Smooth light body. Initial bitter taste is followed by sweet cashew. Nice beer, easy-drinking but an APA? More an English Pale Ale.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 6/9/2017. Golden in colour, with a decently-sized, off-white, head. An easy drinking beer with a touch of floral hop, sweetish malts and stone fruits, leading to a moderately bitter finish. Ok.

Hazed golden color with a white head. Ok hoppy aroma with an ok intensity. Medium body with a soft carbonation level. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Citric, malty, fruity and mild pine in the flavor. Decent refreshing ale.
