Very pale with delicious (and outrageously expensive!) US Amarillo hops, which are earthily aromatic and the beer, highly drinkable.

1/3 cask pour at GBBF Winter. Foggy golden pour with a frothy white head. Hoppy aroma, fruity, musty. Taste adds on a layer of hop oil character, sticky and oily. Mouthcoating with a fair amount of bitterness.

500ml bottle - Pours a lightly hazed golden colour with a small thin white head. Aroma is light malty caramel, floral and oranges. A moderately sweet with a moderate citrusy bitterness, sweet malts, oranges and citrusy hop flavours with a bitter finish.

Cask at Old Fountain. Pale yellow colour with big white bubbly head which soon fades. Aroma is a bit stinky, bit of manure/horse blanket/sulphur and also lemon hoppy. Taste is slightly malty, and with plenty of lemon. Seems to be quite highly carbonated. Made me really burpy. Refreshing but confusing, as the stinkiness was often overpowering.

[Cask at the Royal Standard, Wooburn Common.] A bright amber pint with a loose white head; attractive aroma of earthy apricot; soft jammy fruit taste with a biscuity malt body; then some gentle spicy hops and a fruity toffee finish. Very good.

(Cask at Craft Beer Co St Mary Axe, London, 21 April 2017) Pale golden colour with creamy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grapefruit, lemon and biscuits. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, tropical fruit, mango, resin and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and refreshing with a fresh hop character. Nice one.
