Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day two, 09/09/2017. A pale yellow straw coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is fresh peach, fresh nectarine, white peach, tart. Flavour is composed of light grains, tart mango, white peach. Palate is tart and clean, pinch of pinch of acid. Very good.

Pours clear pale blonde. Small white head. Smell is rich, fruity, mild oak. Fairly complex. Light and refined yet powerful in intensity. Taste is sharp, lactic tartness in a balanced intensity. Very juicy apricot flavor, very nice quality fruits, matching in perfection, blended in just as one would prefer ( that one, being me). Fairly 'juicy' body with a low average Carbo. Lactic acid back, with fruit layering trough. Very well made.

375ml bottle from a trade. Tart, zesty and juicy with loads of sweetish peaches, nectarine, oak, wood and sourish notes. Really well balanced and refreshing. Tasty stuff, awesome.
