Blend 8 on tap at Shelter, mostly clear lemon yellow with a ring of white head. Nose has big lemon and white wine vinegar, raw stone fruits, some white grape. Flavor is heavy with lemon juice and under ripe stone fruits, some raw floral notes. If the oak or barrel are there then it's very faint. Tart finish, medium bodied. A bit underwhelming.

FLN, I love these side project grisettes, so much rustic oak fruit flavor.

Slight tannic hints, solid oak funk, soft super drinkable finish, lovely!

Sergey's hunt, tasting at Ryan's, bottle
Blond colour, clear to just hazy. Mild funky aroma. Not too dry, not too weak, despite the low gravity; gentle sourness, gentle funky character, a bit sulfuric.
Pleasant.

750mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma is subtle, with notes of crisp oak upfront, saison yeast, and a bit of hay. Flavour is very dry, with lots of bone dry oak upfront and dominating, followed by a light-to-moderate rustic saison yeast character. Oaky and rustic finish. It's not the most complex or refined beer, but it's very good.

750ml (thx, Brent for proxying and Matt for helping with the border crossing) shared @ Ryan's. Appearance: a bit hazy blonde with a weak white head. Aroma: nice fruity and Brett character along with some oak notes. Taste: along the same lines, a bit sharp acidity. Overall: pretty good for what it is.

Clear gold with no head. Touch of green apple with a touch of funk. Touch OS petrol with some green apple peel notes.
