Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour-ish dry, oak, vinegar, minerals, sorrel, bark, berry skin, sour socks, old leafs, hints of grain. Taste is sour-ish dry, sorrel, raw rhubarb, vinegar, oak, unripe berries, sour apricots, soda powder. Medium bitterness, very acidic mouthfeel. Lovely.

Bottle thanks to Dustin. Pours a hazy orange gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong apricot, nectarine, oak, light funk. Thin mouth, very tart apricot, nectarine, acidic, very sour, really good.

The beer is an orange juice gold color. Smallish white head. Very cloudy. Head dissipates quickly. The aroma is big on apricots. Pretty good lacto note. Not much funk. Very nice juicy fruit aroma. The taste is very sour. You get some nice fruit but the acidity is just too aggressive for me. Big pucker. Fairly light body. Good but too sour.

Poured from a bottle. Aroma is fairly fruity with quite a bit of apricots. Light acidity in the aroma with some citrus and light oak notes. Hints of tropical fruit. Pours a murky, orange with a medium sized, moderately thick, white head that slowly recedes to the edges where it lingers. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor is very acidic with quite a bit of apricot. So much acidity. Light oak and faint malt notes. Hints of tropical fruit are hiding there somewhere. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringnecy and low alcohol warmth. Overall, this beer is way, way too sour. You are able to pick up the apricots but not much else with all the acidity. Really tough to drink with all the acidity.

Murky orange-bond color, small head; the bottle is a bit of a gusher. Very nice aroma, apricots, grapefruit, lemon, hence sour. Abrasive sourness (a bit too much), but avoiding the acetone trap (a bit in the end); moderate fruity touch, mostly lemon juice.
Excellent aroma, less interesting flavor (with no elegance, just brutal).

375mL bottle, courtesy of Ferris (thanks a lot!), pours a cloudy opaque golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is lovely, with loads of fresh apricots, with oak and medium funk -- amazing complexity and fresh fruitiness. Flavour is no less remarkable, with fresh tart apricots upfront, followed by oak and a touch of funk. Remarkable depth to this. The apricots are amazingly prominent, with just the right amount of tartness and tiny bit of acidity. Phenomenal stuff.
