Sampled from the tap at The Sovereign. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has tart citrus and lemon with light wheat and grain supporting. Flavor has sour citrus and lemon with light wheat and a touch of coriander.

Blend #4 draught at Cellar, 3/28/23. Lightly hazy, blonde, pale golden. Small, white head to ring. Coriander-laced oak with rich, mineralesque saison. Even though it's a wit. Dry, peppery, hint of orange. Honey and biscuit. Rich coriander and tangerine like notes with biscuit and honey. Good attenuation. Pretty malty, wheaty, moderately acidic. Nice to have a BA wit. Intense. No skimping on coriander here, let's go!

On tap at the brewery. Hazy yellow with small white head. Bit vinous, white grapes, pleasant tartness, easy going and light.

Sample at Shelter pours a totally clear pale gold no head. No has light lemon and green grape, light straw and herbs. Very lemony but simple. Herbal. Straw. Tart but clean. A bit simple.

Blend 4. Tap. Misted gold with a fading white head. Aroma is funky with white grapes, some grain. Light bodied. Light bread, old citrus, shoe polish, spices. Slightly tart, pretty dry. Very refreshing.
