Abricot du Fermier is our delicate and aromatic Saison du Fermier aged with apricots in French Oak wine barrels. The brightness, depth, and rustic character are created by the wild yeast native to our family's Missouri farm. This Apricot Saison was fermented in and aged in wine barrels for several months.

Pours unclear blonde. Smell is lactic , typical US funk. Very mild apricot. Taste is sharp, medium fullbodied. Lactic acid, very mild acetic acid. Mild buttery notes. Doughy . Apricot is well recognizable and works well with the (doughy) character of the beer. Nice!

Bottle shared @ Grote Dorst pre Quintessence share. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Notes of sweet apricots, lactic acidity, lots of sweet esters, vinous, citrussy, lemony, oaky.

On tap at Weldwerks Invitational 2019. Hazy orange, white head. Funky apricots, peaches, some wood, citric. Nice intensive sourness. Medium bodied.

Thanks Justin for sharing! Teku showing pale gold with sparse white foam. The nose shows intense acidic notes of apricot throughout. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied with a high acidity. Moderately tart with juicy apricot throughout.

Bardzo fajnie sianowato brzoskwiniowe takie w odbiorze, chlalne, dosc mocno kwasne, wytrawne, moze z malym minusikiem gwiazdki ale i tak duza klasa. Moglbym wiaderko wychleptac.

thnx to Bart. Pours unclear blonde, good, creamy, stable, medium sized white head. Smell is fruity, apricot, sharp tartness. Taste is sharp, tart ( intensely sour ) , intense, very dry, sour backbone. Good, not great.

From 750ml bottle at the brewery. Hazy golden orange color with white head. Yeasty aroma, funk, stone fruits, tart apricot, wood, light citrus. Sweet and acidic taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.
