Can 33 cl. Pours an almost clear deep golden with a nice, off-white head. Nose really has some nice citrus, or perhaps grapefruit to be more precise. Thinnish body, makes it kinda coitus interruptus to drink this beer, the nose is so promising, the first sip too.....and then nothing really. A dry, hoppy finish - but not really bitter. But a nice sessionable little beer. 130317

High Wycombe House Warming. Thanks to Colin for the can. Hazy gold beer, good cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, reasonable carbonation. Light malts, light creamy sweetness. Hop spice. Good orange - tangerine before a light floral finish. Decent.

Can at The High WyCum tasting, Chez Bois, tfrom me via RS HW 05/11/16. Hazed orange amber with a decent off white covering. Nose is bitter orange, grass, straw, orange jelly, toasted bread. Taste comprises grains, bread, orange peel, straw, faint citrics. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Average for style but not a complete shitter.

On tap at the Black Isle Bar, Inverness. Appearance - orange amber red with a decent head. Nose - dank and earthy. General resin notes. Some dried orange perhaps. Taste - dry and earthy again. There’s a bit of a dry leave thing going on. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly good finish. Overall - doesn’t really work for me.

Can shared@Simon The Tanner, London (28/08/2016) - orange coloured pour with white head. Citrus fruity hoppy and malty aroma and taste with notes of tangerine, some caramel malty sweetness, grassy and light floral nuances into the hoppy finish. Ok.

Dry finish with an earthy element. I can taste gooseberries. Soft malts. It is oxidised too. Bad can.
