750ml bottle. Bright, deep, golden orange with lace. Nose is wine, leather, grapefruit, vanilla. Creamy and funky, sour, withe leathery notes and grapefruit zest, apricot and peach, and a decent residual sweetness remaining. Very long finish. Fantastic.
Aw yeah, nice soft funk and white grape tartness.
Funky, tart and sourish with some vinous grapes, berries, oak and farmyardy notes. Pretty balanced and complex.

Taster from 0,75l bottle in Sint-Truiden. Yellow lightly hazy color, small white head. Smells spices, earthy, lime, grassy, tobacco. Very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes grassy, earthy, peppery, tobacco, bit vinous. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of peppery, vinous and some minerality. Nice to very nice one, bit heavy

750mL bottle, Blend #6, drunk 6/3/23. Clear, copper-tinger golden. Plentiful carbonation creating an off-white head that sits at cover. Nose is quite prominent pinot noir with a good chalkiness underneath a brighter, but deep grape acidity. Wood tannin comes through with plentiful white bread and honey-like malt. Light brett and light lacto with more juicy wine and no alcohol or flaw on the end. Quite restrained for SP's saisons, which can be quite sour. Wow, this is incredibly light-bodied, though not thin. More pinot noir, soft chalk and light malt with a touch of honey and light acidity. Some brett, some lacto but mostly grape acidity, surprisingly. I'd actually like a little less, though I wouldn't call it overdone. Otherwise, clean and has no crude yeast esters/phenols.
Dikke prima,
Heb ik ook deze gemist met inchecken… ik moet toch echt minder gaan drinken 😁😂😜
