Die alkoholfreie, naturtrübe Brauspezialität mit Tettnanger Hopfen Callista, kalt gehopft.
Das alkoholfreie Bier entspringt aus einem streng gehüteten Braugeheimnis. Verraten wird, dass es nicht einfach ein entalkoholisiertes Bier ist, sondern eine extra gebraute Bierspezialität, die mit dem Hopfen Tettnanger Callista kalt gehopft wurde.
Unseren Vorfahren haben wir die neuen Spezialitäten gewidmet und zeigen dies im Namen und im Etikett:
Das Fläschle Cyriakus, die alkoholfreie, hopfengestopfte Brauspezialität zeigt im Hintergrund den Ortsplan von Mühlhausen im Täle, wo Cyriakus im Jahr 1726 geboren wurde.

Wässriger Beginn, unerwartet wenig hopfig. Auch der Mittelteil ist weitestgehend leer, wenig herb, extrem langweilig. Kein Nachgeschmack. 8/3/8/3/7/3

Hazy blond colour, hoppy and grassy aroma, citrussy, well promising. Taste is dry, bitter and bready. Not as good as the aroma.

# 3847; 9/2023. Malty, grainy and cardboard aroma. Murky gold body; white head. Malty, cardboard, citrus, floral, bad drinkability. Good NA lager. 0,33 l, bottle, Getränkemarkt, Reutlingen (Swabia, Germany).

Smooth mild beginning. Grain, floral with a mild yeasty back. Grain, soft back, hints of floralness. Not too deep, yeasty with no bitterness in the end.

330 ml bottle. Cloudy orange golden, fluffy head. Fruity notes, grassy and floral notes, light citrus, honey, NA notes. Mild dryness, fruity sweetness. Light bodied, chalky texture, soft carbonated, mild dry finish. Quite alright NA.

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Dry aroma. Starts malty, dry, spicy. More and more moldy, grasy. Light sourish touch. Finish could be more balanced. Okay.

bottle. Hazy golden yellow, mid-sized white head. Malty start, shy hoppy hints, was expecting a little more hoppy character as it is dry-hopped, but still a really pleasant nealko pivo.
