Our Brett-fermented re-imagining of the classic West-Coast IPA. Brewed exclusively with our house Brettanomyces strain, aged in foeders for 3 months and dry hopped to the brink and back. Loaded with pithy citrus zest, resinous pine and a lasting dry finish.

Smooth sour funky beginning. Easy to drink, fruity funky. Very mild. Nice and funky, not too sour, fruity grainy funky.

33cl bottle. A hazy golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of tart fruits, grapes, brett. Taste of tart grapes, brett, some vinegar, bitter spicy hops, funky.
