Bottle (thanx to jonas!):Golden, small and stable white head, grainy-grassy nose; light to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, nearly medium bodied; slightly lingering bitter-sweet and grainy finish. O.K., nothing to complain...

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a dense medium-sized foamy white head. Mildly grainy pale malty aroma with a tinge of grassy hops. Slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a mild carbonation. Pale malty taste with shades of grassy and herbal hops; slightly sweet malty finish with a restrained level of hoppy bitterness. Drinkable but the usual profane Helles. 17.X.12

Bottle. Golden fine bubbles, stable lacing white head - picture perfect Helles. Chewy malt, grassy hops, bit moreso on the palate than in the aroma. Solid, yet sparkly mouthfeel, light dryness in the finish - very moreish. Well crafted Helles, I enjoyed it quite a bit.

Bottle 500ml. @ home on the terrace.Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, light sour malt - yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120619]
