0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before April 2027. Clear, very dark ruby with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish-malty, a little sourish, rather fruity aroma of sour cherry, almond, marzipan and some caramel. Quite sweet, moderately sour, rather fruity and gently vinous taste of sour cherry,almond, caramel, some red wine and hints of cocoa, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly tart finish. Medium body, slightly astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very tasty brew, quite rich and complex, good balance between sweet and sour, just right up my alley.

Can from Seijo Ishii. Deep reddish brown with a pink-tan head. Complex nose, cherry, vinegar, caramel, vanilla. nicely tangy, cherry, vinegar, apple, caramel, chocolate, light vanilla. A very nice blend. Not too heavy, but very smooth, medium carbonation. A bit on the sweet side, but the old beer also comes through. Happy to find this.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 8.5%. Dark red colour, moderate beige head. Aroma of cherries, cherry kernels, marzipan, oak and fruit vinegar. Medium sour flavour with the same elements as the aroma.

Bottle. Clear deep ruby with small pink head. Marzipan, sweet cherry, soft malts, overripe blackberries, port, cardboard. Quite sweet, light sour and bitter. Solid medium bodied. Bit weird, not so much because it's artificial but because it tastes like sweetened cardboard and old marzipan.

Clear, reddish-brown color and a small off-white head. Nise of sweet cherries, vanilla, tart, almonds. A little acidic. Taste follows the nise, dryish, fruity finish
