Drawing its bitterness to such a height (50 IBU) that only sailors and deep miners can drink it. Or people with severe burns. 7.7 ° and just with grain malt, no extracts, no centrifuge! To be able to weather the storm. Very round, it has a copper blonde color. It's a triple fermentation, so don't hesitate to forget it in the cellar, in 6 months it will be even better!

Old rating - A 330ml bottle brought from the brewery last year. Pours a dark red colour with a white foamy head. Aromas of malt. Tastes of citrus, caramel, nuts & malt. A nice hoppy finish. The high ABV is well hidden. A very well made IPA.

MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, good hoppy start, fruity notes, bitter, malty, hint of caramel, grassy hops, slightly sweet. Aftertaste: nice bitterness, hoppy, some caramel malts, biscuit, dry, hint of citrus, pleasant one!

Slightly opalescent, almost clear dark amber colour with reddish hue; medium sized creamy beige-ish off-white head; aroma of strong pine resiny, marmalade, some biscuity-caramel notes and hints of anise; taste is dominated by hoppy bitterness with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma (and with extreme dominance of pine resiny dry mouthfeeling) and some candied oramge peel; spicy celery aftertaste; great classical IPA

Robe cuivrée, belle mousse. Nez houblonné. Notes d'agrumes, caramel et épices, résineuse. Trop faible quand même a mon goût. (M)

Bottle from Jaghana, thanks! Dark amber color. Floral hops, tropical fruit and a hint of caramel in the aroma. Malty sweet perfumed alcoholic flavor with dried tropical fruit and some citric hopbitterness. Sticky mouthfeel.

Deep, dirty amber, kind of murky with visible floaters. The Alsacians do like their floaters and sticky sediments! A frothy off white head slowly settles. Aroma of plum jam, strawberries, and a bit herbal. Taste is straightforward bitter with light resin notes on the backside. The malty backbone and underlying sweetness provide balance. A light fruity note lingers on the tongue at the finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation. It may not look like much but it goes down very nicely!
