0.50l bottle, courtesy of Elvis. Aroma of wheat, banana and flowers. Pours clear amber color with large soapy off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts refreshing grainy and yeasty, following is fruity and grassy, mouthfeel is smooth with mild and rather dry finish. Medium body, oily texture and soft carbonation in palate. Neiss weiss…

Dark golden pour, with a large white head. Aroma is thick with malted wheat, ripe banana and lots of earthy clove. Mouth feel and carb are great. Low bitterness, loads of wheat, soft spice, fruity eaters. Fantastic example of the style.

0.5 l bottle from 'Bierselect.de', best before May 2025. Very hazy, orange with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity aroma of banana, clove, pear and some apricot. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity taste of banana, clove, pear and some apricot, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Solid Weizen, expected a bit more at such high abv.

Аромат отличный, немного банановых и других фруктов, есть оттенки от гвоздики и даже как будто кориандра, дрожжей не очень много, намек на мед. Цвет тоже отличный, мутный, темно желтый, пенка средняя для пшенички. Вкус питкий, очень выверенная карбонизация. На первом месте как ни странно травянистые нотки, что то вроде гвоздики. Затем приятные дрожжи, немного бананов. Послевкусие с легким хмелевым оттенком. В целом отличная классика.

A brown beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has wheat, spicyness, some toffee. Taste has wheatness, light toffee, still fresh. Medium bodied. Balanced, nice and fresh.

On tap at München, Tartu. Pours hazy golden with an off-white head. Wheaty and yeasty with cloves and slightly greenish bananas. Moderate sweet with medium flavour intensity and light acidic notes. Refreshing and quite enjoyable.
