Ein besonderes dunkles Bier, das in einem speziellen Maischverfahren mit verschiedenen Spezialmalzen gebraut wird. Das Erfolgsrezept: das Bier wird zu einem Geschmack gebracht, nicht zu süß und nicht zu bitter, der allen Gästen von der Nordsee bis in den Süden schmeckt. Es liegt mit einem Gesamtausstoßanteil von ca. 80 % ganz klar an der Spitze.

Dark brown colour with medium white head.Aroma of caramel and malt roasted and toasted with good note of hops and wood even hint of toffee and earth nice by style.

Bottle from Bierzwerg, Greven. Aroma is brown malts, caramel toffee, dark bread, with a touch of nuts. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium. Well-brewed example of the style.

Bottle from lowcostbeer, consumed 1 month past BBE. Pours a mahogany-brown, with small off-white creamy looking head. Aroma of toffee, chocolate, nuts, light roast, grains, earth. Taste starts malty, chocolate, toffee, nuts and then a slight yeast-fruit tang followed by a moderate bitter hoppy and burnt toast finish. Light to medium bodied but with a nice fine carbonation.

Ein Mitbringsel meines Kumpels Michi, das aufgrund knappen MHD schnell verkostet wurde. Durch den Bier-Namen Lager war ich anfangs verwundert, hier ein klassisches Dunkles 🕶️ ins Glas fließen zu sehen. Ein Blick auf die Flasche, zeigt dass es sich wirklich um ein klassisches Dunkles handelt. Als solches ist es wirklich nett gemacht, obwohl es recht süß 🎂 ist. Es ist schön süffig und nicht zu schwer.

Flaska från Bierothek. Bärnstensfärgad klar vätska med medelhögt skum. Doft av bröd. Fyllig, lite mjölig munkänsla, relativt torr, riktigt fina djupa välbalanserade maltiga smaker. Läder, gamla böcker, hö, bröd, riktigt gott bröd. Mycket gott
