Bottle from the LCBO. Hazy yellow pour, with a lrage white head. Aroma is that typical yeasty, fruity unibroue house yeast. Can't say ive ever had sea buckthorn, but the aroma ad flavour reminds me a lot of ground cherries. Big fruity finish, light tartness, low bitterness, and refreshing.

Had this one on my to-drink list for a bit. I think this Ephemere variation works. Yeasty ester notes typical of Uni and the beer type, bready malt. Solid tropical fruity, with some pineapple and tangerine. Almost-not-there mint bite. On the sweeter side, with a fruit juice finish. I like this one.

750ml bottle that pours a golden-amber colour with a frothy warm cap, good retention and foamy lacing. Fruity aromas of mild berries and apples, with the Belgian sweet yeast. Taste of these berries with enough hops to cut the sweetness. Not as syrupy as it could be, which I do like. Interesting berry choice, but it works.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of sweet Belgian malt notes with light notes of sea buckthorn is enjoyable. Taste is also a mix of sweet Belgian style malt notes with some sea buckthorn syrup notes and a sweet finish with light yeast notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable Belgian blonde but not sure I really enjoyed the fake syrupy sea buckthorn notes.
