An authentic Helles. Blonde lager beer. It is light in the mouth with a soft and pleasant bitterness provided by the checho hops used, which gives entrance to the flavor of the cereal – the predominant in this style.

Tap at Brew Wild. Pale golden, light haze, offwhite cream. Medium light dry chewy body, juicy malt, light citric, flowery hops, good bitter backstop. Very drinkable.

Tap at Brew Wild. Still think Wild Brew would make more sense. Clear golden. Damp, flowery. Tad front heavy, sticky with a hoppy sticky aftertaste, close to a hop burn. Bit too stale. Not completely undrinkable.

Dorada limpia y cristalina, espuma blanca de retención media. Aroma a malta con un toque mineral. En boca es chispeante, limpia, fresca, maltosa, amargor discreto, trago largo y fácil, de fácil disfrute. Me la apreté junto a un aperitivo de salazones aliñados con aceite de oliva, mejillones en escabeche, zamburiñas en salsa y ensaladilla, y maridó a las mil maravillas :p•••

Dorada casi limpia de abundante espuma entre cremosa y jabonosa de buena retención. Aroma a grano, notas ligeramente florales. En boca es ligera, fácil de beber. Agradablemente malteada, con notas también florales, punto de dulzor, miel. Amargor escaso.
