La bière à boire à deux par excellence. Un goût fruité et floral par le truchement de la rose, un goût épicé par la présence de gingembre. Bière très aromatique, à ne pas consommer qu'à la Saint Valentin. La bière de toute saison et de tout rapprochement. À déguster à 8 °C.

Tap at Café Atlantico in Strasbourg. Hazy golden with not much head. Ginger, light herbs, sweet malts, flowery, light yeast, orange, rosewater. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation. Not too bad for an Uberach beer.

Bottle. Golden-orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is apricot, pineapple, malt, hop. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Appearance: Pale orange, slightly hazy. Lots of bubbles. Some off-white head, but not much. Aroma: Sweet fruit. Peach? Mango? Pineapple? Taste: More sweet fruit, hint of malt. Nice. Info: 500ml bottle, 17/8-2012, BB: 26/7-2013

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, fruity flowers - perfume, apricot. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120623]

Bottle 500ml @ fonefan
Pours cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt and apricot. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long apricot fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are apricot, hops and malt. Medium carbonation.

Bottle, 4.8%. Slightly hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, sugar, fruit and artificial apricot. Flavour is malt, sweet, apricot, fruit and a little watery.
