Très aromatique, biscuitée, cette ambrée trouve ses couleurs proches de la bière brune, sans toutefois abandonner sa teinte rousse. Bien charpentée, elle sera le plaisir des amateurs de bières corsées.

Hazy dark amber ale with a thin off white head. Sweet malt with pear notes, and yeast. Light sweet malt with nothing much else, sweet boring water. Light bodied. Mondial 2006.

Amber color. Strange aroma: some malt, metallic, some esters, maybe spices… Reasonable body structure, some sweetness and malt, correctly balanced by the bitterness; some yeast fruitness typical of (bottled) Ales.
