Petite soeur des grandes blanches, sa pétillance et son petit piquant mettront chacun de bonne humeur. L’aspérule odorante finalisera le travail en lui conférant une note citronnée et acidulée.

Sampled 330 ml. bottle @ “Vini Birre Ribelli 2015”. Very hazy amber, small bubbles. Nose is same murky spoiled fish guts yeast as with all 3 beers that I tried from these guys, sugar, yeast, excessive in its nasty yeast… Taste is extreme fish guts, yeast, sugar, hay, rotting banana, more white sugar, rotting hay, this one also has some coriander, weird mineral side,… yeasty body,… Simple & not particularly enjoyable. Too much of that bloody yeast,… My notes aver close to their Blond & Ambrée, the yeast dominates just so much.

Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of straw and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, wheat, and straw, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
