Cask ale, brewed in Sheffield, half pint at York Tap. Clear pale golden coloured body. Almost naked surface, nice lacework to the glass. Grassy hops with citrus on the nose. Mainly flavoured with lemony hops followed by moderate fruit bitterness to the ending. Medium to thin bodied. Satisfying (York 10.07.2014).

Euston Tap. Cask. Almost clear paleish gold beer, small bubbly white head. Palate is light and dry with mild fine carbonation. Smooth and dry pale malts. Bitter floralness. Bitter thin orange. Finishes semi dry with the bitterness ramping up and hanging around. Bitter bastard!

Cask at the Euston Tap, 09/04/14. Clear golden with a big old white head that retains very well. Nose is toasty malts, citric pith, lemon zest, mandarin, soft bread dough, straw. Taste comprises melon, orange pith, citric rind, subtle hoppage. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, light grassy bitterness in the close. Ok easy drinker, a little bland in places but goes down the hatch easily.
