Row 34 draught, 10/25/22. Clear brass. Small, white head. Pretty tame, easygoing, mildly lactic nose with oak and cherry-like bacterial notes. Soft and not super aromatic but very clean and well-presented. Tastes like a 15 year-old gueuze. Weird. Why is this so oxidized??? Otherwise it's fantastic with no acetic, mild oak and moderate lactic acidity. Just kinda heavily bready, as if it's oxidized. Also, it's irritating to fight with the damned peasants about the pronunciation of it's name. I got so far as to be corrected for calling it The May-zone, and was told, I think it's actually the Mayson. My anger knows no bounds.

Lots of brett, and a bit of ropey pedio…de garde launches these things into the world the second that character stops being awful. Tart, slightly dry. A bit of brett, some tannins. Decent beer but seems halfway finished.
