19th July 2021; Shrewsbury Beer Share in Chez Sophie, five of us splitting 16 different beers, t'was a good night! Thanks Mat for the large cap and corked bottle of this (1 US Pint and 9 oz's). Misty golden pour, weak head. It's a sour puss, but I soldiered on and took my 5th like a man.

75cl bottle @ Free-Dumb tasting, Chez Sophie, July 21. Rekindling my memories of visiting the brewery bar in Tillamook back in 2019. Farm like aroma, crisp bitter floral meadow to taste with a gentle sour prickle. Lovely wild beer.

750 ml capped and corked bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Bottled 05/20. ABV is 5.5%. Nearly clear golden colour, large to moderate white head. Lovely aroma of brettanomyces, farmhouse, oak, mild spices, dry white wine, hints of yuzu. The flavour is distinctly oaky and quite dry, medium sour and spicy, some citrus, medium bitter finish.

Bottle, at share, thanks to Chris M. Pours rich gold with a fluffy head. Floral, labender, apricot, grain, lemon, cherry blossom. I don’t really know what cherry blossom tastes like, but I imagine it’s like this. Medium body. Outstanding.

Purchased this at Other Half a while back, opened it today: pours clear gold with effervescent head. Aroma is woody, funky, slightly fruity. Taste has a nice rounded sweetness at first that gets to a more dry sort of finish. It is a little acidic, but hardly overly so. Aftertaste is lasting and very pleasant. Not sure if I would call this delicate but it does not hit you over the head. (batch 4 11/18)

Bottle shared at AmLam Tasting at Jimmy's. Pours a clearish orange with a full two fingers of white foam that lingers. Aromas of wet wood, dried lemon zest and light pith. Dry on the palate with nice acidity and a light peppery note on the finish.
