Northern Hemisphere drops you into a hop field, the beer’s profound flavor like strolling under the lush canopy. This year, we picked Centennial hops at their peak, rushing the harvest into our brew kettles the very same day to make a wet hop IPA loaded with notes of citrus blossom, rose, and pine.

Interesting Christmas beer, a nice love story between the U.S and Belgian knowledge, dry and bitter with a warm touch of toffee, 30.03.20, at Epalinges

Draft. A pretty decent ale because the hops don’t seem to overwhelm, overall quite doable.

Notes from 1/27/19 Crowler from Mills River. Pint glass. Deep, clear copper brew. Sticky lace. Sharply bitter, resin nose. Very faint maple along with the cereal malt. Crusty, borderline burnt toast-like malt. Burnt caramel, really oily, pine-y tree sap-like hops; lingering. Not quite thin, super carbonated, sticky. Pretty direct.

2021 bottle form Beer Hop. It pours clear dark amber with a decent yellow - beige head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, sappy, pine, resinous, dried florals, pot pourri and dried grass. The taste is firmly dry, bitter, resinous, oily, sappy, pine, earthy, floral, pot pourri, toothy, tannin, toffee malt, grapefruit rind, grass, slightly herbal, peppery spice and a touch of alcohol with a drying, resinous finish. Medium+ body and average carbonation. Certainly stands out from a crowd of hazies! Quite unique. Punchy and satisfying.
