Old rating from 2010 - pint from the cask at the Blue Bell in Scunthorpe, pours amber with a white head. Aromas & tastes of fruits, caramel, earth & malt. Medium body. Light bitter finish

Cask at Peveril of the Peak, Manchester. Pours amber with medium white head. Hops in aroma, some citrus, malty, caramel, toasted, moderate bitterness in finish. Medium bodied.

Cask @ GBBF 2016. Pours an amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel hoppy aroma. Fruity malty caramel hoppy bitter flavor. Has a fruity malty caramel hoppy finish.

On cask at the Guildford Arms. Appearance - deep amber to red with a nice fluffy head. Nose - light strawberry and biscuit. Taste - a bit more of the Jammy Dodger thing. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy yet crunchy texture and a long dry crunchy finish. Overall - solid.

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Clear amber beer, a few pale tan bubbles. Palate is light and dry, modest fine carbonation. Modestly sweet malts, a little caramel. Mild orange, some peel. Ripe dried fruits. Light floral finish. Not bad.

Sampled @ GBBF Day 2. Clear autmnal chestnut red brown color, small off-white head. Smell and taste malts, brown malts, caramel, malt bitterness. Average body and carbonation.
