Dieses Bier sollte ein highlight meines Geburtstags-Bierabends werden. Speziell war es auf jeden Fall, aber wirklich erfreut hat es uns nicht. Es hatte schöne erdbeerige Fruchtnoten, dabei wirkte aber die Säure unangenehm. So bekam das Bier gefühlte Aromen nach Blauschimmelkäse oder altem Topfen. Ein paar grasige Aromen mögen sich durchkämpfen, aber mehr als ein trockener Heuton bleibt nicht. Ein wirklich kreatives Bier mit interessanten Aromen, aber mir und meinem Kumpel war es einfach zu unharmonisch und abstrus.

Draft. An unclear dark golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of strawberries, lemons, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of strawberries, lemons, straw, hops, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Draft @ BBP Wanderlust festival 2019, shared with RB Belgian team. Keep lactose out of IPAs !!!! Dorée sur léger trouble, col blanc épais. Arôme au nez fruité reprenant bien les effluves de fraises avec un léger rétro lactose donnant un effet un peu yaourt. Palais affiche bien son côté de fraises - malgré que cela ne soit pas facile à rendre dans une bière - possible purée ou extrait? Profile IPA revient en retrait avec un côté herbacé en amertume.

(On tap) Opaque murky amber brown with good dense white head. Nice aroma - tart and pine with fruity and lactic notes. Medium body with soft luxurious carbonation. Amazing taste. It’s a great IPA but with so much more. There’s a nice gently tart fruity start. From this distinct strawberry and lactic flavors emerge, very well balanced. A hint of sweetness emerges and is replaced with a very modest bitterness in the finish balance with some enduring fruity tartness. Excellent beer - clever, different and really tasty and drinkable.

Sample @ 6TH WANDERLUST CRAFT BEER FESTIVAL (1st day) shared with tderoeck and sebletitje. F: medium, off-white, good retention. C: murky gold, hazy. A: sweet fruity, strawberries, bit lactic, sweet red berries. T: medium malty base, sweet strawberry lactic tones, strawberry ice cream yet dry o the palate, bit raspberries, quite refreshing, enjoyed.

Cloudy pinkish beige beer, small creamy off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of strawberry jam, acidic impression, bit lemony, dirty touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, lots of strawberry jam, soft bitterness, citrus, tropical fruits, quite some citrus. Aftertaste: more dank hops, tropical fruits, grapefruit, strawberry jam.

Bottle. Pinkish, cloudy. Strawberry and oily grassy hops in the aroma. Oily, earthy citric hopbitter flavor with strawberry. Looks ugly, has by-flavors, but not a bad beer.
Bevog Festival 2019. Not artifical in aroma or taste, nice and smooth.
