(bottle) Clear, deep golden colour with a firm, medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Moderately smoked malty aroma with notes of smoked ham, a tinge of caramel and vanilla, backed by a whiff of hoppy spice. Moderately sweet and delicately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Mildly smoke-malty on the tongue with hints of caramel, biscuit and a touch of herbal hoppy spice towards the sweet and mildly bitter finish with a gentle smoke character in the aftertaste. Fairly good and rounded. 08.III.15
