Cask at Standing Order, Derby. Pours a hazy dark chestnut with a small off-white head. There’s malts and caramel in the aroma, plus some autumn fruits. In the mouth it is rich and fruity with a creamy texture. Flavour has raspberries and mushy apples at the start but later there are traces of traditional hops and ginger as well, leading to a slightly dry and fruity finish. This is quite nice and very drinkable.
