Second Anniversary Blend
A blend of beers fermented and aged in white wine barrels for over two years.
This special blend contains beer from some of the very first Temporal batches. Initially laid to rest in January 2018, they have since developed and matured in the barrels I disturbed. A portion of the blend cake from the barrel “Sanchez & Smith”, an old Chardonnay cask named by Dan during the initial crowdfunding campaign that helped launch Temporal.
