When the brewers at Amundsen got wind of a new hop called 'Lemon Drop', our collective imaginations exploded at the thought of what we could do with lemon accented hops. The product we came out with is a wheat beer so light and fluffy it could be lemon meringue pie. Lemon Drop is balanced with a crisp acidic finish with notes of lemon peel and mint.

Ingredients: water, barley malt (Pilsner, Carafoam), wheat malt, hops (Magnum, Citra; Lemondrop), yeast.

Fine refreshing ale. Maybe a bit to much lime kick.
Hazy yellow pour with a fine head. Ok lacing. Fine intensity in the aroma. Pleasant carbonation level. Easy to drink. Decent lasting tail. Lots of lime in the flavor. Also fruity and wheat.

Can from E-Drinks @ home. Slightly hazy, very pale yellow colour with a small to medium sized white head. Smells fresh, some hops, slightly grassy, slightly fruity, subtle, pleasant and nice. Tastes somewhat hoppy, grassy, fruity, fresh, crisp. Like a somewhat more refined Belgian blonde with extra hops added. Very pleasant to drink. A bit India Style Lager like too. Thin to medium body, nice crisp carbo.
