Bottle from a mate who likes nearby the brewery. Clear copper gold. Foamy white head. Aroma has citrus and soft malts. Flavourwise we have bitter citrus and quinine. Herbal element. Underlying light malts. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Attempting to be a punchy hoppy Gold but it's quite raw.

[Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell.] A pale amber pour with a tight white head; malty aroma with a little citrus; sharp citrus taste to start, then some grapefruit; and a crisp bitter finish. Refreshing.

Rocky white head on a golden coloured body - some serious floaters in this. Floral aroma. Medium bodied, soft with a short dry back. Floral, lemon, pithy & zesty tastes. Standard.

Cask - pours a clear amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is melty, some nut, a little fruit and hops. A moderately sweet taste, toasted malt flavour with a hoppy citrus bitterness.

Bottle. Welbeck Farm Shop. Clear, pale bronze. Decent, lasting, dense, white head. Nose has bread crust. Soft toffee. Overripe citrus fruit. Taste is light sweet, with a fair dose of fruit bitterness. Medium body. Quite lively carbonation. Lingering bitterness to finish. Ok bitter.
