Our Cavendish is a beautifully balanced blonde with crisp, zingy grapefruit flavours powering through.

Bottle from a mate who likes nearby the brewery. Clear copper gold. Foamy white head. Aroma has citrus and soft malts. Flavourwise we have bitter citrus and quinine. Herbal element. Underlying light malts. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Attempting to be a punchy hoppy Gold but it's quite raw.

[Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell.] A pale amber pour with a tight white head; malty aroma with a little citrus; sharp citrus taste to start, then some grapefruit; and a crisp bitter finish. Refreshing.
