On tap Friday 25th May 2018 at the Woodland bar, Bearded Theory Festival. Pours copper (I understand) a touch of earthy hops but then a more pushy hop comes through. Good if restrained hoppiness throughout, dry finish, a touch of lemon. By Blue Monkeys standards it is a little lacking but by most other traditional bitter standards, it's absolutely fine. Handpull cask at the Organ Grinder, Loughborough. Copper/brown, clear with a small off-white head. Metallic aroma with notes of caramel malt. Sweet/sour taste with a nutty note near the finish. Tastes cheap. Not great.
