Euro Secret Santa. Dunkler, cremig malziger Beginn mit röstigen Noten, Hopfen im Hintergrund. Leicht erhöhte Karbonisierung, Röstnoten, weich. Bitterschokolade, bitter-hopfiger Hintergrund. Zunehmend trocken, vollmundig, holzig. Gelungen! 10/10/9/11/11/10

0.3l bottle. Malty aroma, hopy notes, chocolate, light coffee, roasted malt. Black color, beige head. Malty taste, hopy notes, light caramel, medium bitter. Medium to full body, slick texture, flat to soft carbonation and malty and light hopy bitter finish. Good.

v 100piv. jemne kavovo chmelenodymova vona. silna tmava farba pena mohla dlhsie drzat. chut pokracuje vo voni ale je pridana horkost.

0.33l bottle from 100piv. Dark brown color with low but creamy beige head. Aroma: zesty, pine, pomelo, some caramel and roasted malt. Taste: ideal balance between fruity taste of mango, resin, papaya and roasted character of chocolate digestives and coffee, with fruitiness slightly winning. Tasty batch, much better to prior ones sa far sa I remember them.

Bottle from the brewery. ...this is unfair. Two bottles which didn't survive the transport apparently ruined entire rating and this, actually quite good BIPA, has rating lower than IPA from ZB. It IS good. IPA vs. roasted grain combination works here very well and chocolate bit is just enough. Recommended.

33cl bottle from a trade with Cuso, many thanks! Pours clear reddish brown colour with a huge good lasting tan head. Aroma of coffee, dark roasted malts and bitter resinous hops. Taste of dark roasted malt, bitter chocolate, coffee beans, intense bitter hops, quite nice!

(Bottle, 0.33 l, at tiong’s tasting, thanks rosenbergh, 20160109) The beer poured brown and nearly clear. Its head was medium sized and nearly white. Aroma had sourness and tartness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sourness, tartness and bitterness. Aftertate was mostly acrid. A very unpleasant brew.

Bottle 0.33l at tiong’s, Espoo. Thanks Cuso! Colour is brown with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Berries, sourness, dryness, grain and malts. Infected IMO.
