Box at The Water Gate (JDW), Barnstaple. Aroma isn't offering much. Clear. Apple obviously. Watery. Paper. Dry. Boozy.

Tasted at the Peterborough Beer and Cider Festival 2024 with Grumbo. Aroma is apple, apple core and wood. Decent body but a bit thin given the abv.

Bottle from LCB, BBE Nov-25. Pours a clear bright gold with brief white foam. Aroma of clean apple juice, with some light musk and leather overtop. Its a little sweeter than a medium dry but very pleasant and drinkable. A slight bitter apple skin and spice in the finish. Not overly complex but very tasty and not too sweet. Medium body and carbonation. Good stuff.
