A golden 'HELLES' beer with luscious tropical fruit aromas and a crisp clean finish.
Brewed naturally from the purest ingredients and true zymurgy, GREEN DAEMON is devilishly good with curries, seafood and fusion dishes, or simply to enjoy on its own.

Bottle: Pale golden, hazy, small and stable creamy foamy layer, moderate to solid - but nevertheless soft - hoppy nose, some fruity and toasty-malty supports detectable; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied and smooth; lingering hoppy-bisquity finish. Well hopped Lager-Ale hybrid…

(Cask at Cask Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico, London, 23 July 2011) Golden colour with brief, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of tropical fruit, grass and a touch of citrus. Malty, fruity taste with grainy malt, citrus, grass and tropical fruit. Medium body, with some sweetness and a mild, grassy bitterness. Interesting and quite nice.

Gravity cask at the Alma. Clear gold pour with a smal, bubbly head. Aroma holds some citrus hops, slightly tangy. Light sweet flavor, mild biscuits. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Fruity, citrusy finish, somewhat sweaty, faint alcohol notes. Ok, condition could be better.

Bottle from a friend. It pours hazy straw-yellow with a very thin white head and soft carbonation. The nose is orange, lemon, grass and honey. The taste is orange, lemon, lime, grass, hay and bread, with a dry, light bitter finish. It is light and crisp, uncomplicated and easy to drink.
