Sample @ Food Festival, Aarhus festuge. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, wheat malt and hops.

[ As Hornbeer Økologisk Sommer ].Unclear matt medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light to moderate citrus and lemon. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, citrus - lemon, grain - yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150528]
