500ml bottle. Clear golden colour, foam white head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, oaky vanilla, funk. Taste is tangy sour apple, bittersweet with vanilla, oak, woody, leather barnyard notes and some dry tannin. Medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, dry tangy finish. Very drinkable.

Polycask at Banbury Beer Festival, Thursday 8th May 2014 Pours hazy lemony/light gold. Nice stringy light lemony zippiness. Dry but not too dry, I forgot how much I like Dunkertons. Tart, tangy, zappy, appley, marvellous. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8

500ml bottle from Dunkertons. Quite a dry, complex cider with some unfamiliar cider apple tastes coming through, creating a pleasing tang on the palette. Some sweetness, some apple core but generally a nice rustic taste that begs to be savoured.
