30 cl. bottle @ home, bougt @ Coop. Dark brown with a thin off-white head. Heavy malty aroma. Taste is sweetish but with enough counteractive hopbitterness. Low carbonation. Nice clean dubbbel.

Dark brown dark red color. Smell malts, raisin and something I don’t like but don’t know what it is. That also comes back in the taste, though not that strong. Still I don’t really like this beer. Low carbo, low body.

30cl Bottle from Mitra Heerhugowaard. Bio/Eko Dubbel. Hazy reddish brown colour, creamy beige head. Aroma of chocolate, malts and a whiff of sprouts. Flavour is malty sweet, chocolate, some dried fruits, hint of sprouts, chocolate bitter finish, slightly dry. Soft and creamy mouthfeel, a bit less than medium bodied. Nice and easy drinking Dubbel.

Bottle says brewed by De Leckere. Toffee aroma. Caramelly sweet flavor, almost sugary. Some nutty bitterness. Medium bodied. Middle of the road dubbel.

Bottled (BB 03/2007)
Hazy dark brown color, small steady coffee head. Sour aroma which has coffee, cognac, mud and plums. Sweetish nutty flavor - chocolate, plums, rye bread, toasted banana and wort. One of those "muddy" abbey dubbels, which are interesting but not very drinkable.

As Hunebed Dubbel. Bottle. Fruity, dusty aroma. Almost clear, dark chestnut colour. Small stable head. Not watery, but not very powerful either. Quite fruity caramel flavour.
