Bottled. Amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is wood, vanilla, citrus, some grapes as well as mild tartness. Flavour is grapes, citrus, wood, some floral and grassy tones.

A very nice sour. Pretty sour, and fairly sharp, but also with a boat load of wine flavours giving plenty of sweetness. Something orangy, lots of grape, and nicely wooded. Lots of flavour, and very in your face. Fun stuff.

Bottle. Pale amber color. Oak, vanilla, grapes and citrus in the aroma. Vinous, sweetish and moderately sour flavor with grapes, citrus, oak and soft floral notes. Matured and relatively smooth.

Bottle 375ml. @ [ Højbjerg Tasting ] - Saxo House, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark.[ As La Calavera Toxicity ].Murky matt medium amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, pale malt, berries - grapes, sour, tart, alcohol - phenol - acetone. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, sweet yeast, candy, berries - grapes, wood, tart, citric. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Murky amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, red wine, acetone and wood. Flavor is quite sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. 190419

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Murky orange, small white head. Sour aroma, solvents, acetone, sour berries. Sour/sweet flaovur, sweet citrus, berries, wood and acetone. Dry and bitter finish. Citrus peel bitterness. I usually like acetone, but this one is not so balanced. Challenging.

Bottle. Unclear amber with tiny head. Aroma is malt, fruit, lemon and grapefruit. Flavour is malt, fruit, lemon, grapefruit, citric, sour, little sweet and a little dry.

Frothy white good mostly diminishing head. Dark yellow colour. Light malty and hopy powerfull acetic aroma. Powerfull nice acetic flavor. Long finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are sour lactose acid, brett, fruits, malt and hops. Sweet and sour finish.
