Former name: "Brauer Bier Urig Würzig".
Unsere älteste Biersorte in bester Brauer-Tradition. Kernig ist es, mit markant nussigen Akzenten, bevor sich eine angenehme Hopfenwürze entfaltet. Alles in allem rund und ausgewogen im Geschmack.

Bottle. Almost clear golden color with a medium-large white head. Aroma of rather grassy hops and a bit of bready malt. Sweetish bready flavor and a bitter hoppy finish with some hay and grassy notes. Light to medium-bodied. Quite enjoyable.

[swing top bottle] Clear, pale golden colour with a big blonde foamy head. Slightly sweet strawy malty nose with grassy hops and notes of metal. Light-bitter flavour, papery pale malt-character with herbal and slightly grassy hops, the latter getting stronger towards the moderately dry and slightly bitter finish with notes of cardboard in the aftertaste. Tastes quite industrialized [19.I.09].

(Bottled, flip top, BB 02/2009). Pub Kahdet Kasvot, Tampere. Golden color, small white head. Grassy, a bit buttery hoppy, papery aroma. Grainy, grassy hoppy, supermarket-type beer. Kind of refreshing.

0.5L bottle, medium stable creamy head, golden colour, strong carbonation. Malt and vanila aroma, sweet malty taste with strong sourness, also notes of vanila and tobbaco. medium bodied with an exremely long sweet and sour aftertaste. Not bad but not exactly to my taste.

50cl swing-top bottle. Straw coloured with a thick fast-fading white head; wt straw aroma; sweet and grainy flavour with some malt and a gentle nettle-like bitterness; little finish. Another boring German lager.

The bottle is the same like the "hopfig herb" - where are the labels? Good use of hops, but the finish is really washy.
