Pours golden with a pleasant sized head. Aroma of hops, corn and lightly floral. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, texture is smooth and creamy.While the literal translation for "hopi bon" in Aruba's local language, Papiamento, means "very good" the name was in reality inspired by a wordplay on “hops” in particular on the “good hops”. As the brand carries quality throughout every element of the product, including premium ingredients, to deliver a unique hoppy taste that still manages to maintain the high drink-ability that is perfect for hot sunny days.

Bottle 220ml. shared @ queue for 11th. BBF 2019 [ 11th Borefts Beer Festival 2019 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Balashi HopiBon ]. ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, hay, floral, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, hay, straw, sweet malt, pale malt, cardboard, watery - thin. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190928] 5-2-5-3-10

Bottle shared at Borefts. A clear pale golden coloured pour with no head. Aroma is clean cereal grains, leafy, ok. Flavor is composed of a semi sweet. Simple cereal grains, light grains, leafy. Palate is semi sweet crisp, moderate carbonation. Ok.

Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is corn, grains. Taste is sweet, corny, very sweet, a bit herbal. Chalky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Meh.

Clear blond beer, small creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet and malty, soft bitterness, herbal, grassy touch. Aftertaste: dry, malty, grains, not bad for a Caribbean lager!

Can sample, trade from Grumbo, thanks Graham! Golden colour, white foam head and aroma of corn grain, grassy. Taste is grains, corn, sweetish with grassy, cardboard, metallic bitterness. Light bodied, high carbonation, dry grassy bitter finish. Standard lager.
