Summer Blaze is brewed with Mosaic, Citra and Eldorado hops giving it those classic tropical fruit characters that this style has become so popular for. Wheat from the island is used to give the beer a crisp clean flavor profile and to add a little extra haze. Oats are also added in the mash which lend a smooth creamy texture to to mouthfeel.

Where: Systembolaget.
Appearance: Hazy golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Tropical fruit, malt, grass.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Tropical fruit, pineapple, malt, mango.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy golden, mid sized head. Grassy papaya aroma. Mid dry with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Grass, papaya and white bread. Low bitterness.
