Addlestones is a golden, naturally cloudy cider with rich, bittersweet apple fruit flavours and a smooth, rounded finish. Fermented twice and unfiltered, for a full-bodied flavour and distinctive cloudy finish, our cider is the same as it’s always been – beautifully smooth and delicious to the core.

50cl bottle at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours hazy gold with practically no foam. Aroma is an unusual wide fruity feeling that is very enjoyable. Body is average with moderate carbonation. Taste has good sweetness with a bit of acidity. Finish is somehow long and sweet.

Keg at the Malt & Hop. Nose is crisp apple, pear, popcorn. Palate is fermented apple, some wood, some apple chips, popcorn. This has some bad undertones

Bottle at The Douglas Bader, Martlesham Heath, Suffolk. Pours hazy dark gold with a small off-white head. Aroma of semi-sweet apples, light caramel and a hint of clove. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness with touch of sour. Medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Some dryness to finish. Not so bad.

Bottle from Sainsbury’s, Keighley. Deep golden-orange coloured cider. There’s only a blast of apple in its flavour, but when it comes it’s quite sweet. It has a dryness otherwise.

Fra flaske på RBHD sommeravslutning på Tau, juni-17: klar oransjegylden med kort skum. Mild duft og god smak av engelske epler, pluss snev av kanel. Lett, myk og elegant drikke.

500ml bottle. Cloudy dirty orange colour with no head. Aroma and taste of light sweet fermented apples, moderate bitter. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Nice and refreshing but the appearance looked more dirty than ’cloudy’ to me.
