Bottle sample at Station 1280. Clearish pale yellow, white edge head. Too many people smoking cigarettes nearby to judge the aroma. But the taste is similar to a dry cider. Nice

750 ml bottle split. Pours light hazy golden yellow with a white cap. Aroma: apples, quince, wood, straw. Taste: fruity, very dry, apples, quince, oak, some tannins. The quince is very distinctive. Very enjoyable

20/21 bottle thanks to Andrew. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is earth, apple skin, funk, wood. Slick body, funky, earth, yeast, apple, light dry finish, good.

Flaska från Antidoot. Flaskad 2021-04 (2020/2021). Klar, ljusguldig med vit krona. Kvitten, päron och äpplen med laktosyra i bakgrunden. Grundölen märks av i blenden med syra och lätt bitter ton. Något litet som sticker av i smaken i inledningen, men efter ett tag i glaset jämnar det ut sig. Ganska enkel, lättdrucken och drar inte riktigt iväg åt något håll. Signatur-mineralitet.

Light hazy golden colour. Nose of tart apples, quince, straw, wood. Taste is rather dry, fruity and tannic. Great cider.
