DDH IPA Single Hop Simcoe. Orange in color with a certain turbidity and a creamy and persistent foam. In mouth it has a silkiness and creaminess provided by the wheat and oat malts that give it a medium body. In aroma and taste we find notes of stone fruit such as apricot or vine peach along with notes of marshmallow and citrus from this variety of hops.
