BiĂšre Ă la robe noire profonde, surmontĂ©e dâune mousse beige claire, fine et assez persistante. Nez gourmand et enveloppant sur le chocolat, le cafĂ© fraĂźchement moulu, avec une touche de vanille et une douceur lactĂ©e. En bouche, lâattaque est ronde, presque crĂ©meuse, portĂ©e par le lactose, avec des saveurs de cacao, de cafĂ© et de malt torrĂ©fiĂ© bien prĂ©sentes. Le corps est modĂ©rĂ©, lâensemble reste fluide et accessible. La finale est douce, lĂ©gĂšrement amĂšre, tout en subtilitĂ©. Une mocha milk stout Ă©quilibrĂ©e, rĂ©confortante et trĂšs facile Ă apprĂ©cier.

0.33 l can, thanks to my family. Pours jet black with thick beige head. Nose is iced coffee, sweet and bitter, well balanced. Taste is quite similar, mainly coffee, but there's some sweetness to it too. If it didn't have this thin body, it could've been much, much better. Still not too bad tho.

330ml can from the tap room. Pours black with a light beige foamy head. Aromas & tastes of chocolate, coffee, vanilla, lactose & roasted malt. Medium body. Smooth light bitter finish.

Drinking this in the pub with the most Six-Nations Rugby flags adorning the walls and ceilings of all pubs I've been to since this year's competition began. It's a gritty sport and this is a gritty coffee stout, full-bodied but the coffee beans are strong and disguise this. Lots in aroma too.

A vouloir mettre les additifs trop en avant, on en sacrifie tout de mĂȘme la base, et ici, vanille et lait sont bien trop prĂ©sents, et ce, avec un sucre bien trop poussĂ© pour ĂȘtre apprĂ©ciable. L'ensemble manque nettement d'Ă©lĂ©gance et devient mĂȘme Ă©cĆurant. Le visuel est sur une robe noire avec une faible effervescence et une mousse brune s'estompant rapidement. Au nez, le cĂŽtĂ© moka ressort fort avec le lait et vanille trĂšs prĂ©sent en compagnie de cafĂ© et chocolat qui se fonde dans l'ensemble. On retrouve ce mĂȘme cocktail en bouche, sans variations, avec un alcool Ă 6 % Ă la peine et un sucre trop prĂ©sent. Si la corpulence est honnĂȘte, la longueur n'est quant Ă elle pas exceptionnelle tout comme cette biĂšre.
