A clean, dry finish, accompanied by subtle sweetness from the barley. Ease Up IPA is made using lager malt, oats, munich and cara fermented using a blend of American yeast strains and hopped with a star cast of Mosaic, Centennial, Simcoe, Galaxy, Goldings, Chinook and and Amarillo.

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus, 4.6%. Clear golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, butter, hop, grass and a little grapefruit. Flavour is malt, caramel, little dry, little butter, grass, little grapefruit, little thin, little sweet and medium bitter.

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - fruity and flowers. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 020216

On keg at Ushers. Golden with a decent head. Tonnes of toffee and dare I say butterscotch same on taste. Surprised with this brewer and this bar but fed back to staff and clearly taking on boardas all other beers today were exemplary.

Cask @ Piccadilly Tap, Manchester. Golden-amber with a small head and a bubble-gum sweet tropical fruitiness. Crisp with a good nose, but better taste.
